Choose Wisely

“We are drowning in information, while starving for wisdom. The world henceforth will be run by synthesizers, people able to put together the right information at the right time, think critically about it, and make important choices wisely. ”
E. O. Wilson

I am taking economics for my senior year, and one general thing the class teaches is making good decisions and the entrepreneurial thing to do in taking risks and accepting changes. Decisions have a huge impact in your life, your goals and your future, so it is essential to make good ones.

You have a choice each and every single day. So choose to appreciate what you have. Choose to make time for yourself and to be content with yourself. Choose to do something that makes you smile. Choose to be excited. Choose to laugh at your own silliness. Choose to spend time and interact with positive people. Choose to be persistent with your goals and to never give up. Choose to try again and again and again, don’t let failures lure you away from your dreams.

Within your choices lie all the tools and resources you need to design the essence of life and the essence of your dreams, it’s just a matter of choosing wisely.

Making good decisions are one of the hardest things to do in our life. I’ve been through a lot of situations, and believe me, most of them aren’t too easy to handle. We’ve all been through situations that would end either tragically or not, basing on what decisions we make. The thought of that these choices we make are huge impacts in our life, especially our future, gives us that urge to choose the decision that will benefit us. The down side of this is that we tend to get blinded at times, not knowing what the consequences would be. But yes, you have to choose wisely. Though, I’m not sure how wise is wisely. It depends on you. You have to ask yourself what will you benefit and what you will not before making any decisions. Choose what’s going to make you happy, what’s going to make you a better person, and choose the decision which will not make you regret. We can never avoid bad choices, but that is not the reason for you to give up, try and try again. All decisions is a risk! Don’t be too afraid to take them. Indeed, it’s just a matter of choosing wisely.

Its not about the path you choose…
Its about how much passionate you are about it…
